This page is maintained by Kays Glam to answer common security and privacy questions about our booking site. It is editable project content — it is not a Lovable-issued certification or independent audit.

When you book an appointment we collect your name, email, phone number, the treatment selected and your chosen date and time. Optional notes you write are stored alongside your booking. We do not collect medical history through the website.

Bookings are stored in our managed Lovable Cloud database. Access is restricted by row-level security policies so only authorised staff can read full booking details. Data is transmitted over HTTPS.

Deposits and payments are processed by our payment provider. We do not see or store your full card number or CVC on our servers — only a reference to the transaction.

We use a small number of strictly necessary cookies for the booking flow. We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers.

You can ask us to view, correct or delete your booking data at any time. Email kaysglam@outlook.com or call 07506 619697 and we will respond as quickly as we can.
